Return And Repair Policy
We ensure all the jewellery pieces are already checked for quality and sent in a protected secure shipment with insurance. In case there’s any damage or lost during your shipment please refer to our Delivery page.

Once we have received your piece, it will be promptly dispatched to our workshop where skilled craftsmen will repair it to like-new condition.
Rings can only be sized up or down by one size, provided they have a sizing bar. Bracelets and necklaces can only be sized down.
Sale for more than 39% discount items are not for sized adjustment.
If you have a single earring or stone piece that requires a match made, please send it in and our repair department will create the closest match possible.
If your piece has been discontinued from Dhatri Jewellery line, we may suggest a replacement piece of similar value from our current line.
Please refer to our warranty to determine what repairs are covered.
Note: Repairs may take up to 2 to 4 weeks from the date it is received in the Dhatri Jewellery warehouse
Shipping / Handling Fee For Repair Without Work
Should you decide not to proceed with a repair once we have received your piece, there will be shipping and handling fee of $20 for returning your repair.
