We will proceed your purchase to courier service at the same day, if we recived the payment before 01.00 pm Central Indonesia Time ( GMT + 8 ) from Monday to Friday.
Every purchase payment we receive after 01.00 pm ( GMT + 8 ) will proceed the next working day.

For Badung and Denpasar area Free Shipping using Go-Jek and Cash on Delivery
For all Indonesia area we use Post Indonesia or JNE. Arrival time estimated 4-7 days after payment received.
We use Post Indonesia for regular international shipping. Arrival time estimated 14 – 40 days after payment received to the following country ;
- All South East Asia
- South Korea
- United Kingdom
- New Zealand
Flat Rate $ 10 is applicable to all country which not include on free shipping policy. Flat Rate is not applicable to the following country ;
- Middle Eastern
- Republic of Macedonia
- South America
We use DHL for international fast service. Arrival time 3 – 7 working days after payment received.
Once your package dispatched from our warehouse we will notify you the airway bill to your email address or registered mobile phone, make sure you write the correct email address and mobile phone number.
If you choose to use your own courier service, please place your order by email to email@example.com. All shipping charges are excluding insurance; please check your preferences courier service for more info about the insurance.
If you have selected a residential or business address for delivery, once you received your order confirmation your delivery will be the next day (excluding Saturday, Sundays, and Indonesian public holidays). However, you could check the dispatch status from your chosen courier service website.
If your order has not been received within the agreed times (see your dispatch note for confirmation of this) then you will be able to contact our insured courier service.
For International shipment, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Dhatri Jewellery has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Dhatri Jewellery accepts no risk of merchandise loss due to shipment. All risk passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
All packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we might do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order.
Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 60 days, a claim cannot be made and thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Dhatri Jewellery
